Day 1 – Arrival in Hanoi and City Highlights
Arrive at Noi Bai International Airport in the morning. After completing immigration and baggage formalities, meet the English-speaking local guide in the arrival area.
Transfer to central Hanoi and begin your introduction to the Vietnamese capital. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex, where guests can learn about the life and legacy of President Ho Chi Minh, affectionately known as Uncle Ho. Depending on the operating schedule, the visit may include the exterior of the mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, the Presidential Palace grounds, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House and the One Pillar Pagoda.
Continue to the Temple of Literature, founded in 1070 and recognised as Vietnam’s first national university. Its traditional courtyards, gateways and stone stelae offer an insight into the country’s Confucian and educational heritage.
